Azusa Police Finds Stolen Property And Uses Pinterest To Find Victims

In January of this year, detectives from the Azusa Police Department recovered items from a location in Azusa. It is believed the items may have been stolen from local residences, vehicles, classrooms and businesses. In an effort to reunite these items with their rightful owners, we have posted pictures of the property on the Azusa Police Department's Pinterest page at Pinterest.com/azusapd/stolen-property/ .

If you are the victim of a theft within the last 6 months, please visit the Pinterest page, to view the photos. Please keep in mind, we have removed some marks and names from the photos, however, the rightful owners would know what those marks are. Additionally, if the owner can not provide proof of ownership or purchase, they will need to describe certain peculiarities with the device. For example, if you are claiming a laptop, you would need to tell us any type of mark, scratch, document, video, photo or software we would find on the laptop.

Please view the property, even if you do not live in the city of Azusa. These items may have been stolen from other surrounding areas. If you believe this property is yours, please visit AzusaPD.org/get-it-back and complete the form. If the information you provide matches the description of the items, our detectives will contact you.
